对助手来说，隐私比对聊天应用更重要。一个助手要发挥作用，就需要你的邮箱、日历、账户，有时还需要支付信息，而且它会保留关于你的记忆。几款大型托管助手默认会用你提供的内容进行训练，文末会具体介绍。

我们如何排名

我们依据每个工具的文档、隐私政策和源代码许可证进行排名，这些信息都连同来源记录在我们的目录中。我们没有自己审计任何代码或流量。评判标准依次为：

你的数据存放在哪里。 可自托管、由你自己运行的开源软件，胜过厂商的服务器。
厂商声称收集什么、用什么训练。 明确声明默认不训练、无遥测，胜过不作说明；不作说明胜过默认训练。
本地模型。 提示能否留在你的机器上，而不是发送到云端模型。
隔离。 沙箱和审批，因为一个通过提示注入泄露你数据的智能体也谈不上私密。
成熟度。 项目的规模，以及它接受审视的时间长短。

这个排名只针对隐私，因此与本页表格中的综合评级不同；综合评级考虑的是每个助手能做什么、设置难度、价格和可用性。

1. OpenClaw：如果你能运行它，它最私密

OpenClaw 是一款免费、基于 MIT 协议的智能体，运行在你自己的电脑上，并通过你已经在用的聊天应用与你交流。它的状态、记忆和凭据都保存在你的硬件上，默认情况下除了一个可以关闭的每日版本检查之外不回传任何数据；匿名功能统计需要主动开启（OpenClaw）。它本身不训练任何模型。

你的提示会发送到你的模型所在之处。使用云端模型时，适用该提供商的政策。通过 Ollama、LM Studio 或 vLLM 使用本地模型时，任何数据都不必离开你的机器（集成）。你通过聊天应用发送的消息也适用该应用自己的政策。

代价是隔离。沙箱默认关闭，而把邮件和消息交给智能体，会让提示注入和恶意第三方技能成为真实的风险；某个第三方技能悄悄窃取数据就是一起有记录的事件（Wikipedia）。它排第一，是因为它是三者中最成熟的，并且对默认设置的说明最完整，而不是因为它开箱即用最安全。

2. Rakazo：自托管，每个 bot 都有沙箱

Rakazo 是一个基于 Apache-2.0 协议的持久 AI bot 平台，你可以免费自托管（GitHub）。和 OpenClaw 一样，模型由你提供，包括通过 Ollama 或 LM Studio 运行的本地模型，所以自托管加本地模型的配置能让数据留在你的机器上。每个 bot 的电脑都运行在 Docker 或沙箱中，你可以选择哪些操作需要审批。它的自托管文档说明，除非你自行配置，产品分析和错误报告都是关闭的（文档）。

Rakazo 不训练自己的模型，其隐私政策表示它不出售个人信息。在托管套餐上，你的内容会发送到你接入的模型提供商，数据保留由其条款决定，所以托管套餐不如自托管私密。

它排第二，因为它较新、仍处于测试阶段，社区也比 OpenClaw 小得多，所以它的代码受到的外部审视更少。

3. Hermes Agent：自托管，适合你自己的服务器

Hermes Agent 来自 Nous Research，基于 MIT 协议，可以运行在你的电脑、一台便宜的服务器或无服务器基础设施上（GitHub）。自托管时，它的配置、记忆、技能和聊天记录都保存在你的机器上，提示会发送到你配置的模型提供商，从 OpenRouter、OpenAI 到任何兼容的端点（文档）。

它的 FAQ 表示它不收集任何遥测，API 调用只发送到你配置的模型提供商。它排第三是因为隔离方面：GitHub Advisory Database 列出了该软件包在 2026 年 5 月和 6 月的十条安全公告（GitHub 安全公告），而且我们无法确认它的默认沙箱设置。可选的 Nous Portal 订阅会让你的提示以及网页搜索等托管工具经过 Nous 的服务器，所以如果你看重隐私，请使用你自己的端点。

4. Lindy：最私密的托管助手

Lindy 无法自托管，所以你的数据存放在它的服务器上。它与其他托管助手的不同之处在于一个明确的承诺：它表示数据在传输和存储时都经过加密，从不出售、共享或用于训练模型，并声称符合 SOC 2 Type II、GDPR 和 PIPEDA，在 Enterprise 上还支持 HIPAA 和签署 BAA（Lindy）。它还会在任何对外有影响的操作前请求批准。

它比其他产品更贵，付费席位每人每月 $49.99 起（价格），而且它是为工作邮件、日历和会议而不是个人生活打造的。

默认用你的数据训练的助手

这些助手很受欢迎，但它们自己的条款表明，除非你更改设置，否则你的数据会用于训练：

Muse： Meta 表示你可以选择不让你的互动用于训练其模型，所以训练默认开启。Meta 表示 Muse 不会把对话共享给其广告系统（Meta）。
dots： OpenAI 的价格页面说 Pro 的内容会用于训练其模型，并提供退出选项（价格）。
Poke： 它的隐私声明说，除非你选择 Maximum Privacy，否则用户数据可能被用于训练其模型。
